I’m passionate about creating experiences that help you feel grounded, empowered, and free — whether we’re flowing through vinyasa or sculpting to the beat. Expect classes that are dynamic, soulful, and always infused with intention (and a sprinkle of fun).

Andreina is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and meditation guide dedicated to helping others connect with their mind, body, and spirit.
Specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Stretch & Release, Meditation, Sound Healing and Reiki, she blends mindful movement and holistic healing to support students of all levels.
Her transformative classes promote strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation, creating an empowering and restorative experience.

Dani Olivos is 200 RYT. She started her practice as a means to quiet the overactive mind, to loose a hold of perfection, and to reconnect with her body in a way that she didn’t know existed.
She hopes through her classes she can spark and light that same fire that inspired her— teaching others to see the power within themselves, how one hour can lead you to reconnect, release, and be one with your mind.
Her flows emphasize creative movements that get you to stop thinking and start being. She hopes to spread the message that yoga is for all, no matter your flexibility, strength, age, or gender; it’s never about the outcome or pose, it’s what we learn and what it teaches us along the way.

With a passion for strength training and running, she integrates these principles into her movement practice—fostering embodiment, resilience, and a balance between pushing limits and training for longevity.
When she’s not working, training, or teaching, she’s likely at the beach with a book or trying her hand at tennis.

Her fitness journey began in NYC, where she turned to Pilates to manage scoliosis, improve her posture, and find balance during her fast-paced corporate career. What started as physical therapy quickly became her daily mental reset — a moving meditation she couldn’t live without.
In 2023, Steph took her passion to the next level, signing up for a pilates certification to deepen her personal practice. But along the way, she discovered her true calling: guiding others to feel strong, empowered, and connected through movement.
Now a full-time pilates instructor, Steph leads dynamic, full-body classes that light up your core and leave you feeling better than when you walked in — inside and out.
